Announcement on Investor Compensation Center Applications Concerning Shares Not Dematerialized Within the Period
This announcement concerns holders of physical share certificates who failed to dematerialize their shares within the prescribed period.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Refunds/Payments to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of Paragraph Four of Article 13 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, dated September 7, 2016, the Investor Compensation Center makes refunds/payments to rightful owners in respect of shares and mutual fund participation units whose ownership was transferred to the Investor Compensation Center due to their failure to be dematerialized within the prescribed period.
The deadline for holders of physical share certificates to apply to the Investor Compensation Center together with the required documents under the Regulation is September 6, 2026.
